Team KSV has been competing in Spartan Obstacle Course Races since 2017 when we first participated in the Sacramento Spartan Sprint.

Our team had over 45 members. Some were highly competitive and raced for bragging rights, fame and glory! Others had the goal of simply finishing in one piece (everyone did).

 

KSV Fitness is also a DEKA Affiliate, we train for and host DEKA Strong & DEKA Mile Events!

We will help you get from the couch to the finish line in whatever sport or activity you participate in.
