About Us

Training isn't just cranking out reps, it is finding a philosophy that will help you live the life you want to live.  Training begins with movement and movement patterns.  Here you will learn how to move from the ground up.

Train the mind and learn to move, the muscle will take care of itself.

I enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1985 as a Fire Protection Specialist and then spent the next 20 years stationed in England, Spain, Belgium, Honduras and in the continental US in California and Nebraska.  I also deployed numerous times to temporary locations in Oman in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Southern Watch, the United Arab Emirates in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Egypt, Ecuador and Costa Rica.

During my enlistment I worked my way up from Fire Protection Apprentice to Fire Protection Craftsman and held the position of Assistant Chief of Operations while attaining the rank of Technical Sergeant.  I retired with an Honorable Discharge in October of 2005

Once I decided to retire from active duty I looked at employment options in the private sector and decided to pursue a career in Personal Training, I felt that after a career that was centered on being physically and mentally active, it was an ideal transition.  Upon retiring from retired from active duty, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association.  Since then I have earned certifications from

  • National Council on Strength & Fitness

    • Certified Personal Trainer

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine

    • Corrective Exercise Specialist

    • Performance Enhancement Specialist

  • Spartan SGX

I also maintain Adult CPR with Automated External Defibrillator and keep current with the latest theory and techniques from

my industry peers.
